Repair before replace

Useful again beats needlessly new.

A slow laptop, a dead PC or a screen fault does not automatically mean buying another machine. We diagnose the problem first, explain the sensible options and repair it when the numbers make sense.

Tell us the device, the fault and your postcode. Photos help. Jargon does not.

Before you book

Useful answers.

Is there really no callout fee?

Yes. There is no callout fee and we only charge if we repair the device. If it is not repairable or not worth repairing, we tell you.

Can you come to my home?

Yes, where onsite repair is suitable. Some jobs, especially data recovery or parts-heavy repairs, may need workshop handling.

Do you repair laptops and desktop PCs?

Yes. We help with laptops, desktops and gaming PCs, including startup faults, screens, overheating, malware, upgrades and setup.

What should I do if I have lost files?

Stop using the device. Continued use can make recovery more difficult. Contact us first and explain what happened.

How quickly can you help?

Availability depends on location, the fault and whether parts are needed. WhatsApp is the quickest way to send the details for triage.

Show us the fault. We’ll tell you the sensible next move.
